简历：

王振涛，1986年生，博士，副研究员。2014年毕业于中国地质大学（北京）古生物学与地层学专业，博士研究生；2014年7月—2016年11月，在中国地质科学院博士后流动站从事地质资源与地质工程学科的研究工作，博士后出站后在中国地质科学院矿产资源研究所工作。现任中国地质科学院矿产资源研究所科学技术处（项目管理处）副处长。自参加工作以来，主要以鄂尔多斯盆地奥陶纪成岩成钾、四川盆地和兰坪-思茅盆地中生代盐类沉积为研究对象，开展盐类沉积的成矿机制、区域成矿规律、矿产勘查评价等方面的研究工作，同时重点关注鄂尔多斯盆地和四川盆地古-中生代的沉积大地构造基础研究。截至目前，以第一作者和通迅作者在《Gondwana Research》《Palaeogeography, Palaeoclimatology, Palaeoecology》《Geoscience Frontiers》《Acta Geologica Sinica (English Edition)》《China Geology》《岩石学报》等期刊发表论文20余篇。

工作经历：

（1）2019.08-至今, 中国地质科学院矿产资源研究所, 科学技术处（项目管理处）, 从事科技管理工作，2021年12月任副处长。

（2）2016.12-2019.07, 中国地质科学院矿产资源研究所, 盐湖资源与环境研究室，其间2017年12月被评为副研究员，2018.4-2020.3, 中国地质调查局资源评价部借调锻炼。

（3）2014.07-2016.11, 中国地质科学院博士后流动站，从事地质资源与地质工程研究工作。
